Great day of paddling with my daughters at Tahoe today.

Saw Buddy Guy in concert last night, no doubt that it was the best concert I have ever seen, what a showman. Great interaction with the crowd and great music.

Going Surf'in!!

Monday July 25th 2011 I will paddle 75+ miles along the Colorado River ~ Davis Dam to Parker Dam ~ Premiere Paddle Sports is Sponsoring this Event. This adventure comes from my Heart<3 I lost my 37 year sister Carol due to heart disease. I do this paddle for her children, my niece Ally and my nephew Jason to give them strength and show them that anything is possible....

Skiing one day and on the river the next...off to the Hoback...I do love where I live.

Finally home from a great weekend with my daughter, and her friends and my son. Ready for bed.

I'd like to try my hand at an ocean race on the Oregon coast in August. It'll be going through surf and downwind. Any advice out there on what I should be doing to prepare myself? Any coaches in the Pacific NW region?

Heading to Detroit tomorrow. Cold weather here I come ;)
