Manny Vargas It was great to shoot Sean Poynter yesterday in Oside with some fun size waves. PS: Just signed up for the Survivor Beach SUP race. http://www.survivorbeachsup.org/
I don't want this to be only a promotional group for my SUP Baja trips. Instead, share your photos, videos, info or whatever. But if you do choose to rally up and join me in Baja, just say the word or visit www.SUPmex.com
I just returned from Cabo with great news, info and more. Within the next few days, I'll be dialing in my all new SUP Mex Surf Adventure packages. I can't wait to show you why I fell in love with this place back in 1988! So stay tuned for all the goods.
I will be adding a discussion page so each and every one of you can ask questions about the trips.
Active. That's what this group wall will be with the implementation of SUP Mex Adventure Trips to not only Norther Baja but Los Cabos as well. Get ready. -Manny V
We were just in Puerto Vallarta at the end of May/beginning of June and not only did I feel safe but I was completely envious of the lone woman sweeping on Playa Los Muertos. Someday I'll make it back to Baja, though...
Alex: The media/news can blow things out of proportion. Yes, there are many bad things going on south of the border. But I've been going to Baja at least once or twice a month with zero issues. It's a shame for the tourist economy down there. Rosarito is a ghost town now. The great news is the line ups are virtually empty! Video and photos will be up from our next venture on December 4-5.
Alicia: Thanks for the post. I have two seats left in the FFAT Mobile. As you may or may not know, I'm a tour operator. And my goal is not to make money on the December 4-5 SUP Mex Weekender trip but to show those that come along, that I mean business. I would like for those that do come to enjoy what Baja really has to offer. I will not make money off this trip on December 4 but I'm looking for feedback and for those that come to spread the word that I have Northern Baja SUP trips on lock down. So consider coming along. The only thing you'd have to pay for is food and chip in for gas and tolls.
Hi Manny, I heard about your weekend trips to Mexico this morning and am glad to see you are offering the opportunity here! Looks like tons of fun on a really good break.
I have herd good things about SUPing Mexico, the news on the other hand has nothing but bad. I think they scared me out of a trip, for now. I would love to see some video and pics though!!!
