My Creed 11' Talon with Red Veg graphic arrived. The board looks amazing. Kind of classy / bad ass. The bamboo veneer and style of the board makes it look better than any board I have seen (in my opinion of course). It's cold in Jersey, so I won't be able to get the board in the water for a while, but I CAN'T WAIT to get it in the water!
I have to sat that Randy from Creed is an easy going, knowledgeable guy and makes you comfortable when speaking to him. Creed's service was top notch, prices were killer, and shipping was fast and extremely protective. When my board was delivered, the driver mistakenly handed me another box at first. I told him the box was too long for what I ordered and I was panicked because the box was shredded and folded in the middle (SUP's don't fold well lol). He then checked and found he gave me the wrong box. My box was also slightly banged up, but solid. I unpacked it and the board and other products were intact and well protected. It actually took me almost ten minutes to unpack and unwrap the board!
Come to find out, the other board was a YOLO (prob 14') and the board was damaged. We saw a few dents in the board, but by the look of the box, the board was snapped in half near the middle. Needless to say, I'm glad I'm not the person who ordered that board!
I trust Creed, and will most likely order a racing board from them in the future. My daughter is 7 and SUP's with me on my boards. If she stays with it, I plan on getting her a board of her own when she is ready and it will DEFINITELY be from creed.
