Any advice on Fiji?

Hi, my hubby and I are going to Fiji and Sydney in October 2012 and are looking for advice on where to stay between Nadi and the Coral Coast. Naturally I would like to SUP while there. (I do flatwater and will save any surfing attempts for the SupLove folks in Sydney...)
