I tried Outdoor INS but the pricing was outrageous. From what Ive seen they cant offer coverage in a lot of areas.
Surferinsurance.com offered me a low cost policy with favorable coverage and was a snap to work with. Just what I was looking for...

A hot topic for SUP instructors and SUP Fitness professionals is insurance coverage. What experiences have you had trying to find insurance to cover SUP instruction and can you recommend any companies who are great to work with and not to $$$$?

Outdoor Insurance Group was the best option for me. Not many insurance companies have experience with stand up paddle boards in North-Central Minnesota...so I was just happy to have a provider that had experience with the business I was starting. They were far more economical than my area insurance providers also.

In NY, after completing the WPA Level 1 instructor course, one can receive a discount off of their insurance with the Outdoor Insurance Group (OIG). Pretty solid institution.

Check out surferinsurance.com....they helped me out. Coverage is hard to find but they specialize in this industry and at an affordable price.
