Join Altitude Paddleboards & SUP Fitness Instructor West Shirley (Colorado SUP Sports) for a SUP inspired workout. Using the IndoFlo Balance Board Training System, participants will perform SUP specific exercises while on an unstable platform. Athletes from many sports use instability training as part of their workouts to engage their core and proprioceptor muscles. Dumbbells, resistance bands and body bars all add to the variety of exercises that can be done to improve posture, balance and strength.
Participants of any fitness level are welcome to try this 'no'-impact and invigorating workout. You need only bring a towel as all equipment, Indo Balance Boards and Gigante' Cushions are provided with course tuition.
Tuition for this unique workout is $15 for a 90-minute session or 4 sessions for $50.
