WILMINGTON, NC (APRIL 26, 2011)

An impressive team of athletes representing Surftech & Bark will make their presence felt in North Carolina this weekend. In town for the Carolina Cup, international team riders CANDICE APPLEBY, LARRY CAIN, MATT BECKER, JOE BARK, JOHN BECKER, SAVANNAH BAUS, HEATHER BAUS & JIM TERRELL will join local team riders, CHRIS HILL, FRANK DILLENBURG, JON FRISCH, KIMBERLY JAMES AND JOE MOSQUERA in Wilmington this Friday.

In addition to competing in the "Graveyard" elite race Saturday morning, the Surftech/Bark team will be giving post-race presentations (see info below) at the Surftech tent in the expo area.

4 pm -"SUP from a Girls POV",CANDICE APPLEBY, reigning Battle of the
Paddle Champ will give a presentation on the benefits of SUP for women.

4:30 pm - "Your next Race Board", JOE BARK & JOHN BECKER speak on
race board design and testing. They'll let you know what to look for in your
next race board.

5:00 pm - "Ready for Race Day", LARRY CAIN, former Olympic Gold Medalist
& CHRIS HILL discuss training and how to be in your best shape both
mentally and physically on race day.
