Several great competitors, and ambassadors gathered together just before the Battle of the paddle 2012 at the SupConnect studio.
SAN DIEGO, California - SupConnect will be launching a who's who series on our website with biographical information and insight on many of "the greats" within the stand up paddle industry. This will be a new and fun segment that will help tell the history of the people who have really made SUP what it is and who continue to expand the sport today.
Some of the individuals who will be featured will include those who have helped SUP grow, develop and expand. The series will also highlight great racers, surfers, competitors, ambassadors, local heroes and individuals who are pushing the limits and taking SUP in a direction that to most would just be unthinkable.
The biography series may also include a select group of special unsung heroes. These are the people we all know who do so much for stand up paddle yet receive so little in return as far as public recognition is concerned. However, while making all of this happen SupConnect would like to hear from you!
Please leave comments below with the names of the individuals you feel should be included in this new SUP biography series. Tell us who they are and why they deserve to be highlighted by SupConnect, the largest aggregate online SUP presence in the world. Your feedback is taken seriously and we very much look forward to learning from all of you.
